Gooseberries create large berries almost the size of grapes. Extremely popular in the UK, gooseberries are versatile fruit that can be used for wine, jelly, jams, juice, or fresh eating. Our gooseberries have been propagated here in Alaska from bushes that mature tons of juicy, purple berries by mid-August.
